In the span of our journey together I have lost 35 lbs and ended 2016 lifting the heaviest I have ever lifted in my life. Crushing weights for lunch and feeling like the incredible hulk. My goal wasn't just to lift but to actually push my body to limits we all have inside of us waiting to be tested and Jonathan helped me achieve a new level of confidence and potential I didn't think I had inside me.

I came to Jon looking to upgrade my day to day nutrition along with mobility to help to my recovering shoulder. Saying Jon put me in the best shape of my life is not giving him enough credit. With his three month nutrition guide and workout plan i was able to lose 10LB and close to 13% of my overall body fat. When he was helping me with my shoulder mobility, he took the time to learn my day to day activities and create specific exercises that helped me get my shoulder back to its pre-injury state. John taught me rolling and icing techniques for post-session recovery. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to get a better grasp on their nutrition/diet and/or recovery process.

Jon is definitely the best personal trainer out there and I recommend him to anyone, no matter your fitness level. I worked with Jon for almost two years, and I can say without a doubt that he helped me to completely transform myself. He is very knowledgeable not only with training, but nutrition as well. He doesn't just tell his clients what to do, but makes sure they understand the reasoning behind what he's teaching them. If I could give Jon a 6 here, I would. When I started training with him, I did not expect myself to improve at all. My cardiovascular system was so weak that I could barely run 10 minutes on the treadmill. There were many problems with my shoulders. Trainers typically intimidate me. Jon did not - He kept me on track by really leaning about my body and fitness needs. He tailored his program according to my level. Now I have been with him for almost 2 years. Just ran a 5K last year and my physique has improved significantly. You will not go wrong with Jon.

When I was looking for a trainer, I did not want to rush into a decision so I looked at different personal trainers while working out and a trainer that would hone in on what I wanted to accomplish. After speaking to Jonathan Iknew he was the trainer that was going to take my workouts to another level, very attentitive and the workouts were the best I have ever had. While training with Jonathan he pushed my to levels inb my workout that I never thought I could reach. I would recommend him as a trainer to anyone that is looking for a real professional. He has helped me immensely.
